About
StockToken is a reference index of tokenized stocks. It answers one question per ticker: which versions of this stock exist as tokens, who issues them, what the venue publishes about the cost of buying one, and who is allowed to.
It is built and maintained by Marcus Preiml as part of the premarcu.com data sites. It is not affiliated with Backed, Ondo, Dinari, Kraken or any other issuer or venue, it carries no affiliate links, and it takes no payment for placement.
What it refuses to do
- Invent a fee number. Where a venue keeps the cost inside its quote without publishing a size, the page says exactly that. It does not plug in an industry average.
- Publish a split artefact as a premium. Gaps beyond ±40% are flagged and excluded from rankings.
- Rank products as "best". The site shows structure and cost. Which one suits you depends on jurisdiction, ticket size and what you intend to do with the position.
- Pretend coverage is complete. The gaps are listed on /method.
Corrections
Fees, eligibility lists and contract addresses change. If a page here contradicts the issuer's or venue's current page, the page here is wrong. Send the URL of the source and the sentence that differs to hello@premarcu.com with the subject line “stocktoken correction”. Corrections are applied and the page is re-dated; the changelog records them.
Data and reuse
The compiled dataset is available as JSON at /api. Reuse with attribution and a link. Underlying price data belongs to its sources; token data belongs to the aggregator that publishes it. This site claims no ownership over either.

Nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice. Tokenized stocks are not shares: you hold a claim against an issuer, not a register entry, and the issuer's solvency and custody arrangements matter. Several products described here are explicitly unavailable to US persons and to residents of other listed jurisdictions.
